Royal Family Kid's Camp is designed specifically for children 7 - 11 in our community who have been victims of abuse and neglect. For most of these children who have been placed in foster homes, summer camp is not available. Without the support of individuals, corporations, local businesses, and foundations, a summer camp for these underpriviledged children in Racine County would not be possible.

The cost to sponsor a child for a one week camp is $500, and here's what it pays for:

Lodging (camp rental fees), meals and snacks for the child as well as volunteer counselors and other staff for the entire week.
Individual photo albums detailing the child's week at camp
Birthday party held one day for all the children
Many take home items, prizes, and presents for each child
Memory bags with a camp shirt, bible, workbooks, etc
Special speakers throughout the week
Staff training and other essentials such as insurance
